Maison MG Spirits are painted in layers — each ingredient chosen for the way it speaks, sings, or whispers on the palate. Together, they create a gin that is bright yet grounded, exotic yet familiar.
Nettle Leaves & Flowers ~
A green whisper. Fresh, herbal, and slightly peppery — nettle gives a bright, wild note that keeps the gin alive on the tongue.
~ Angelica Root
The quiet architect. Earthy and slightly musky, angelica binds all the aromas together into a seamless whole.
Acacia Flowers ~
Honeyed light. Floral and subtly sweet, acacia brings a nectar warmth that rounds the sharper edges of citrus.
~ Grapefruit Zest
A bitter spark. Adds complexity and a touch of pithy sophistication to the citrus profile.
Lemon Zest ~
Crisp clarity. Sharp and refreshing, lemon cuts through the floral notes with clean, linear brightness.

Combawa (Kaffir Lime) Leaves ~
Exotic electricity. Fragrant, tangy, and unmistakably Southeast Asian — the combawa is the heartbeat of the Vietnamese influence of our history, hidden wink to our founder’s intricate and bountiful lineage.
~ Sauvignon Blanc Grape Pomace
Our canvas. Upcycled from the Central France’s vineyards, these grapes give the gin its distinctive softness and a fruit-driven aroma.
Juniper Berries ~
The backbone. Classic, resinous, and pine-fresh — grounding the gin in tradition while letting the other botanicals shine.
~ Blackcurrant Wood
Forest depth. Earthy and lightly fruity, it deepens the mid-palate, evoking the shaded stillness of a round woodland path.

Every bottle of our maison is made of recycled glass — past lives made beautiful again — giving each of them a little something unique in its soul and color.
At the heart bottom, our land and its flowers, molded from precious hand-drawn sketches — making each line a quiet devotion to craftsmanship.
And because values are also embodies in the littlest of details, the label is embossed in braille — our name and story raised to the touch.
