MG is a high-end planet-conscious small batch gin, distilled with artfully selected botanical, aiming to pay tribute to the marvels of the land it is born of.

All our ingredients are sourced responsibly from within a close-kilometre radius of our production site in France, and reflect our resolute commitment to minimizing our carbon footprint and preserving the nature we are all born from. Even our combawa citruses, yes!

With beauty, responsibility and kinship at heart, we source, pick and collect each ingredient by hand within a couple of kilometers radius around our bountiful pot still.
Each botanical is thought to honor Quincy’s emblematic signature flavors, such as white flowers, fresh citruses and sometimes even, for the most complex vintages, exotic fruits!
We make, with intention and appreciation :
We then sublime, transform and magnify each one of their aromatic potentials through careful maceration and distillation — and soon with time, patience and dedication births our liquid art, ode to our ancestries’ legacy and philosophy of creation.
